I was telling a friend about having been in a band over thirty years ago, and she enthusiastically introduced me to Resounding Love. It was love at first listen, and I’m not talking about the music.
I heard about spreading the message of love to those who have been denied it. I heard about our capacity to love ourselves and to teach others to do the same. The music is a lovely bonus.
I believe there are two types of families: accidental and found. I hope you are as lucky in finding your family as I have been in mine.

Resounding Love feels like home.
As an interfaith, open and affirming space committed to anti-racist and social justice work, Resounding Love is what I have been looking for my entire life, but didn’t know existed. The biggest parts of me and all things that I value are represented here – community, love, and music. I am surrounded by kind, warm, and funny people who accept and celebrate ALL parts that I bring to this space and who also happen to love to sing this music as much as I do!!
I love this group and feel profoundly fortunate to have stumbled upon it. I found my people!

Resounding Love is a truly unique space in our modern world, a place where I have always felt loved and accepted by a community of people that I have never met in person. As a white member of a multiracial family with a lifelong love of music, Resounding Love is the perfect organization for me to continually recommit to antiracist work while also exploring a rich and vibrant musical tradition.

I’m excited and inspired to be a part of such an amazing group of people, looking to not only praise and celebrate the world, but also aspiring and working to make it a better place. And…we get to sing!

As a White choir member, actively engaging in honest self-examination and stepping into anti-racism work was new for me. I felt overwhelmed and late to the party and didn’t know where to start. The group met me right where I was, with “resounding love,” grace, and accountability. I’ve been empowered and charged to continue this work in ways that are authentic to me. I had no idea how much this experience would change my life — in all the best ways.
